Dream Palace Constructions was founded on a conviction that construction projects should be delivered exactly as promised — on time, within budget, and without corners cut. Er. Vasant P Paste has led the firm with that principle since day one, bringing formal civil engineering education, membership of the Institution of Engineers (India), and Chartered Engineer status to every project he oversees.
His hands-on involvement at every stage — from structural assessment and design to final walk-through — sets the standard that the entire team is built around.

Founded in Hubli
Er. Vasant P Paste establishes Dream Palace Constructions with a focus on quality residential construction for families in North Karnataka.
2010
Commercial Division Launched
Expansion into commercial construction, taking on office and retail fitout projects across Hubli-Dharwad district.
2015
Interior Design & Structural Services Added
Full end-to-end capability established — clients can now engage Dream Palace from concept design through to interior finishing.
